Audit fees published on this site are current at the time of publication and apply to properties meeting the stated tier criteria. Tier is confirmed by us in writing before scheduling. Remediation work is priced per property and no price for installation work is published or implied on this site.
We may change published pricing at any time. A fee confirmed to you in writing governs your engagement.
5. Submissions
When you submit an inquiry you confirm the information is accurate and that you are the property owner or authorised to act for the owner. Submitting a form does not create a contract, book a visit or oblige us to accept the engagement.
6. No guarantee of outcome
Nothing on this site guarantees any outcome. Specifically, and consistent with our contract terms:
Systems we design and install are intended to improve management of ordinary stormwater runoff under documented site conditions. No drainage system can guarantee prevention of flooding, foundation movement or water intrusion during extreme weather, off site changes, system obstruction or events exceeding its design capacity.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, graphics, the StormContour name, marks, logo, report formats and design standards, is our property or licensed to us. You may view and print pages for your own use in evaluating our services. You may not reproduce, republish or use our content commercially without written permission.

We do not warrant that this site will be uninterrupted or error free, and we may change or withdraw it at any time.

StormContour Property Systems, LLC, a Texas limited liability company, is responsible for the personal information described here.
2. What we collect
From you directly:
• Name, phone number, email address and property address.
• Information you tell us about the property, including lot size, whether there is a pool, and what you are experiencing.
• Payment information, processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.
Generated when we perform work:
• Site photographs, elevation measurements, camera inspection recordings, drainage maps and audit reports relating to the property.
Automatically when you use the site:
• IP address, browser type, pages visited and referring page, through [ANALYTICS PROVIDER, IF ANY].
• Information collected by [CHAT PROVIDER, IF ANY] if you use the chat feature.
3. Why we use it
• To respond to inquiries, confirm the correct audit tier and schedule work.
• To perform the audit or installation and produce your report.
• To take payment and keep accounting records.
• To maintain the project record we are required to keep, including for warranty and dispute purposes.
• To contact you about your project, and about maintenance where you have an active plan.
4. Property records and photographs
Site photographs, measurements and drainage maps are records of the property, and we retain them as part of our project file. We may use them internally, and where relevant to a dispute or claim.
We will not publish identifiable photographs of your property for marketing without your written permission. Where permission is given we remove the address and any identifying detail unless you agree otherwise.
5. Who we share it with
• Subcontractors and licensed professionals engaged on your project, including a professional engineer or licensed irrigator where the work requires one.
• Our payment processor, [PROCESSOR], for the transaction only.
• Professional advisers, including our attorney and insurer, where necessary.
• Where required by law, subpoena or court order.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with advertisers.
6. How long we keep it

We store project records in company controlled systems with access limited to personnel who need it. Field photographs are transferred to company storage rather than retained on personal devices. No system is perfectly secure and we cannot guarantee against every risk.

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

We may update this policy at anytime without notice
The system is designed to improve management of ordinary stormwater runoff under documented site conditions. Foundation moisture and elevation readings are comparative observations, not structural engineering, mold or environmental conclusions. Engineered drainage plans are prepared and sealed by a Texas licensed professional engineer where required.
