We do not quote drainage work from a walkthrough. Every system begins with a paid StormContour Property Water Audit: measured elevations, traced water paths, camera review of existing drainage, and a verified discharge destination.
Audits start at $1,500. If you contract remediation within 30 days, part of that fee is credited back against the work.

The audit is a real professional product, so it is not free and it is not fully refunded. If you go ahead with the work, part of the fee comes back to you.
The remediation agreement must be executed within 30 days of audit delivery. Credit appears on the final payment and is capped at the completion holdback. It has no cash value and is not transferable.
Qualifying contract value excludes engineering fees, surveys, permits and third party pass through costs. Only the underlying audit fee qualifies for credit.
The system is designed to improve management of ordinary stormwater runoff under documented site conditions. No drainage system can guarantee prevention of flooding, foundation movement or water intrusion during extreme weather, off site changes, system obstruction or events exceeding its design capacity.
Foundation moisture and elevation readings are comparative observations, not structural engineering, mold or environmental conclusions. Engineered drainage plans are prepared and sealed by a Texas licensed professional engineer where required.
